This artisanal collection offers a reflection on two distinct eras, juxtaposing the rurality of the mid-twentieth century with the urbanism of a contemporary megalopolis, Paris.
This study addresses the continuity of rural exodus among subsequent generations, highlighting the social and political changes brought about by the modernisation of agriculture. This sociological work of memory is reflected in the reinterpretation of everyday agricultural objects.
Between form and material, from wood to wool, glass and metal, each item in the collection bears witness to a bygone era, while also forming part of a contemporary approach to raising awareness of current environmental issues.
The entire collection is handmade by our partner artisans in order to preserve and perpetuate traditional skills.
