Design Parade, 10th International Interior Design Festival
from 25 June 2026 to 28 June 2025Founded in 2006 with Andrée Putman as its patron, Design Parade was originally intended to promote contemporary design in the field of product design through a competition, professional networking events, and exhibitions. Ten years later, in 2016, a second branch was launched based on the same principle, dedicated to interior design, with Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec as patrons. It was the first festival of its kind in France.
In 2026, the event celebrates a double anniversary: 20 years of Design Parade – product design and 10 years of Design Parade – interior design. To mark the occasion, the exhibition “20+10: Design Parade Generation(s)” offers a unique perspective on the designers who have contributed to the festival’s history, through a carte blanche entrusted to curator David Giroire.
Exceptionally for this anniversary edition, the entire villa Noailles will host the combined competitions and open its doors wide. Design Parade honors three influential designers by appointing them as jury chairs: Sofia Lagerkvidt and Anna Lindgren of Frontdesign studio for the product design category, and Laura Gonzalez for interior design.
Under the artistic direction of Julie Liger, the festival gives a central place to the 2026 finalists and the 2025 winners—Thomas Takada, Simon Dupety, and Malo Gagliardini—within the historic spaces of villa Noailles. A hallmark of Design Parade’s identity, color unites and connects the projects through the scenography of Joachim Jirou Najou. Here is the spirit of this new edition, made possible thanks to our many loyal and enthusiastic partners.
This summer event is also an opportunity to explore the region of the Métropole and the Var, its architectural and decorative heritage, as well as its many cultural venues, schools, and artists’ and artisans’ studios.

Prix Manufactures nationales - Mobilier national
Prix Manufactures nationales - Mobilier national The creation of the public entity Manufactures nationales, bringing together the Manufacture de Sèvres and the Mobilier national, marks the beginning of a new phase of development focused on contemporary creation and the transmission of craftsmanship.
Within this framework, the partnership with Villa Noailles is taking shape and expanding around two key events: Design Parade – interior architecture, dedicated to interior architecture and decor, and Design Parade – object, devoted to the object. Two clearly defined awards embody this ambition and harness the institution’s expertise: Mobilier National addresses the challenges of decor and spatial design; the Manufacture de Sèvres focuses on the creation of objects and ceramics.
Through these two pillars, the national manufacturers affirm a coherent vision: to support emerging design by providing concrete production conditions, while placing designers in direct dialogue with exceptional craftsmanship. This partnership thus takes on its full meaning: fostering new styles, renewing uses, and ensuring the vitality of the arts and crafts, bridging heritage and contemporary creation.
The result of the merger of the Mobilier national and the Cité de la céramique - Sèvres & Limoges, the Manufactures nationales were created on January 1, 2025 to promote the excellence of French know-how. The only one of its kind in the world, this new public center dedicated to the decorative arts, crafts and design is once again partnering with the villa Noailles for the Design Parade 2026.
For the 10 th edition of Design Parade - interior architecture, the Mobilier national joins the villa Noailles for the Prix Mobilier national.
This prize offers to one of the 10 finalists the opportunity to develop a creative project within the ARC (Atelier de Recherche et de Création) of the institution.
The prototype created with the Mobilier national will be exhibited the following year with an exhibition imagined by the finalist, with the help and the support of the Mobilier national which mobilizes for this purpose its unique collections in the world and the know-how of its workshops and factori
