The design of the boutique at the villa Noailles is regularly transformed according to the projects undertaken and the artists invited.
In 2019, the architect Pierre Yovanovitch created the boutique’s decor. This invitation occurred following his presidency of the jury for the third edition of Design Parade Toulon in 2018.
He devised this design with a desire to commit to Robert Mallet-Stevens’s architecture and as an echo to the cubist garden of this Hyères villa. Pierre Yovanovitch created a movement of arches and perspectives, underscored with bold colours. Faithful to his taste for both opera and scenography, he dramatised the staging of the objects with contrasting materials and shapes. He also designed the geometrical furnishings in balance with the rigour of the whole.
This year, Pierre Yovanovitch has created a new palette for his original design, whose colours highlight the boutique’s selection of objects.
