For several years, the villa Noailles has procured a number of pieces which it has commissioned from young designers who have competed in Design Parade. Mirrors, lighting, and seats enliven the public areas both inside and outside the villa. The collection has benefited from donations, such as the Saint Bernard bell, offered by the French designer Pierre Charpin in 2017, and loans such as Jean- Gérard Mattio’s Colonne Lumineuse which belongs to the Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée collection.
This summer, additional signage and a new organisation will highlight these exceptional objects.
