Submission and return of applications

SUBMISSION AND RETURN OF APPLICATIONS

You must include a package with postage, formatted according to the dossier, bearing your name and address for return, or specify that the original package can be used for return.

Several options are available:

  • Prepaid parcel with a slip, for example, Colissimo or Chronopost for residents in France.
  • Or a package with a check in euros for the postage amount, payable to the Association Villa Noailles.
  • Or a package with a bank transfer, indicating “DPH 2025,” for the postage amount (include proof of transfer), to the following account:

  • Or a prepaid parcel with a slip from a carrier*, specifying the account number (UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT or any other carrier providing return service to the country of origin).

All submissions must be sent before February 10, 2024 (postmark date).

  • The sender will be responsible for customs duties and taxes for both outbound and return shipments by opening an account with the chosen carrier.
  • The association will not cover any customs fees and will reject the dossier in such cases, including for return shipments.
  • Any incomplete dossier lacking the necessary postage for return will not be considered or returned.
  • The Festival cannot be held responsible for damages or losses during outbound and return transport.
  • Only the options described in the regulations will be accepted.

THE RETURN OF UNSELECTED DOSSIERS WILL BE DONE BY THE END OF APRIL 2025.
