Submission and return of applications

You must enclose a package with its postage in the format of the dossier bearing your name and address for the return, or specify that the original package can be used for the return.

Several solutions:

• Prepaid package with label, for example, Colissimo or Chronopost for residents in France
• Or package and euro check for the amount of postage, payable to the Association Villa Noailles
• Or package and bank transfer for the amount of postage (attach proof of transfer), to the account of:

• Or prepaid package with label through a carrier, specify the account number (UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT or any other carrier ensuring the return to the country of departure)

All documents must be sent before February 10, 2024 (postmark date).

The sender will be responsible for customs duties and taxes for the outbound and return shipments by opening an account with the chosen carrier. No customs fees will be covered by the association, which will reject the dossier in this case, as well as for the return. Any incomplete dossier that does not include the necessary postage for the return will not be retained or returned. The Festival cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during outbound and return transport. Only the solutions described in the regulations will be accepted.

THE RETURN OF NON-SELECTED DOSSIERS WILL BE DONE BY THE END OF APRIL 2025.
