Step 2 - Selection

Submission of the prototype and printed dossier by 5 January 2026 at the latest
The prototype, worn by a model, and the printed dossier will be presented to the jury.

Only after receiving the pre-selection email should you send the prototype and printed dossier, which must include:

• Biographical information (print the PDF generated during Step 1)
• A prototype accessory from your collection submitted for the competition
• A book presenting the full collection of 7 accessories in detail (statement of intent, photographs of the accessories worn and/or sketches)

Results will be announced live on social media @villanoailles at the end of January 2026, then on the website villanoailles.com. The organisation will communicate the official results announcement date at the beginning of January 2026.
The 10 candidates selected for Step 3 will be contacted by the organisation no later than 30 January 2026.

Shipping and return conditions
The organisation will not cover any costs. Parcels requiring customs duties or additional postal charges will be refused. The organisation is not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
Any incomplete submission that does not include postage for the return will neither be accepted nor returned. Only the methods described in the regulations will be accepted.

Return of the prototype and printed dossier
The return of prototypes and dossiers not selected will take place in March 2026.
You must either:
Provide prepaid packaging sized for the prototype and dossier, with the destination address:

• Stamp (for addresses in France only)
• Courier slip with associated account number (Colissimo / Chronopost / UPS / DHL / FEDEX or any other courier ensuring return to the country of origin)

Or:

• Include a cheque from the exact amount of the return stated made out to Association Villa Noailles
• Transfer the exact amount of the refund to the Association Villa Noailles account

In both cases, indicate whether the original packaging can be reused for the return. As this prototype is solely for the competition and has no commercial value, it is recommended to mark it “no commercial value” to avoid delays or customs fees.
