Sending and Returning Applications
You must include a package and its postage in the format of the dossier and prototype bearing your name and address for the return (or specify that the original package can be used for the return).
Several solutions are available:
- Prepaid parcel with a form, for example Colissimo or Chronopost for individuals residing in France.
- Or package and a euro check for the postage amount, payable to the Villa Noailles Association.
- Or package and a transfer of the postage amount (attach proof of transfer) to the account of:

- Or prepaid parcel with a carrier* with a form, specifying the account number (UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT or any other carrier ensuring return to the country of origin).
- Use the email address accessoriescompetition@villanoailles.com as a reference address for the shipment.
All of the above must be sent before December 6, 2024 (postmark date), to:

The sender will be responsible for customs fees and taxes for both outbound and return shipments, by opening an account with the chosen carrier.
No customs fees will be covered by the association, and the dossier will be rejected in such cases, as well as for the return.
Any incomplete dossier, not including the necessary postage for the return, will neither be retained nor returned.
The Festival cannot be held responsible for damages and losses occurring during outbound and return transportation.
Only the solutions described in the regulations will be accepted.
