7L Photography Jury Grand Prize
Since the 2023 edition, 7L has supported the winner of the 7L Photography Jury Grand with:
⏺ the creation of a book co-published by Éditions 7L, Atelier EXB and the villa Noailles;
⏺ the production of an exhibition during Paris Photo and PhotoSaintGermain at 7L.
The 7L Bookstore was founded in 1999 by Karl Lagerfeld in Paris. Acquired in 2021 by the House of CHANEL, 7L celebrates its founder’s unconditional love for books and photography. It includes a bookstore dedicated to the latest publications in visual arts, a cultural programme named “Correspondances” inspired by his personal library of books and vinyls, as well as the Éditions 7L.
Founded in 2001 by Karl Lagerfeld, Éditions 7L has been writing a new chapter in its history since 2023 with the aim of perpetuating the eclectic spirit of its founder’s editorial vision through literature, photography, fashion and the republishing of rare books. Each publication is conceived with the highest standards of art books publishing in mind and a particular focus on demanding literary commissions that engage in dialogue with visual choices, sometimes enriched by research drawn from the thousands of volumes in the 7L library.
CHANEL partners with the 7L Photography Jury Grand Prize, offering a grant of 20,000 euros to the winner.

Each of the 10 candidates preselected by the members of the jury must present a one-of-a-kind print based on a selection of American Vintage pieces. The 10 prints will be displayed during the entire duration of the festival at the villa Noailles.
The grant, whose value equals 15,000 euros (including 5,000 euros for the selected photographer), consists in a fashion photoshoot order. It will be awarded to one of the finalists by the jury.
Fashion Photography Prize by Pull&Bear
As part of its broader strategy to support emerging talent, Pull&Bear is creating the Fashion Photography Prize by Pull&Bear, in partnership with the Festival de Hyères. Launched for the first time, the prize will reward one of the ten Photography Festival finalists with a comprehensive support package designed to help a young artist grow at 360° — financially, creatively, professionally and culturally. The award includes a €20,000 cash grant, the production of a Pull&Bear campaign or commissioned photographic project, multi-platform image rights and visibility, the showcasing of the winning project in Pull&Bear flagship stores, and a dedicated social media campaign.
In the following year, the winner will also benefit from the production of a dedicated fanzine and a solo exhibition at Villa Noailles, as well as a limited-edition T-shirt project aligned with Pull&Bear × The Photographer Project.
By offering both artistic recognition and exposure to the general public and the fashion industry, this new prize extends Pull&Bear’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of creative talent — a commitment first strengthened through its partnership with the British Fashion Council — by opening a new chapter dedicated to emerging fashion photographers.
