“HAPTIQUE OPTIQUE” projets des étudiants de l’École Camondo Méditerranée
Designing and producing a scenography and a collection of 3D-printed objects, students at the École Camondo are experimenting with textures, shapes, techniques and colours.
Scenography
Led by designer Lili Gayman, the first-year students at the École Camondo are exploring how
colour can take on depth and elicit tactile emotion at the Monique boutique. Beyond the undeniable seduction through colour, the material gives it an intensity, a depth and a sensuality that calls out for touch. Render provides a skin for the colour and transcends everyday life with a soft thickness.
The collection of objects
Led by designer Julien Benayoun, in partnership with the 8Fablab in the town of Crest, the fourth- year students at the Camondo school have delved into techniques and materials to design a collection of 3D-printed objects that enhance the relief and strength of the earth.
Objects and scenography, one highlighting the other and conversely, are organised in a colourful landscape from which emerges a powerful tactility: thrills where optics and haptics dialogue, compete or complement each other… to better seduce us.
